WHY THE DEALERSHIP DESIGN GROUP
To improve and elevate your customers' dealership experience. Deliver that and a customer becomes one of your strongest marketing tools.
The consumer landscape is changing at a rapid pace and retail must adapt in response to those demands.
The consumer doesn't come in to a dealership to choose a car. Many of them are doing that on-line before they even step into your showroom. They are coming in now to shop for the dealership and dealerships across North America are adding amenities that make them a better choice. From wi-fi availability to self-serve cappuccino machines and most importantly, an environment that makes them comfortable. The bar has been raised and in an environment where ROI rules; this is one investment that pays back by attracting customers and keeping them coming back.
The mandate of DDG is to assist you in being at the level that wins.
What we do
Before we do anything related to the tangible development of a plan; we start by asking you what it is about your dealership that is important to communicate to your customers. We are not about expressing something that may sound good, but just isn't true. We facilitate that discussion in a way that tries to combine what a customer would prefer to experience and you have the capacity to deliver on. Then we put a plan together to illustrate how we can communicate it visually to your customers…and equally importantly to your staff.
Visual concepts and art direction is developed by JMport Design House.
We combine the value of the corporate nameplate, with the pillars of your personal brand and utilize the spaces available within the building to get the right message, in the right place, for the right time.

"I confirm that we have worked with Brian and Juan on our dealership graphics program this past summer. At all times I have found DDG to be creative, friendly and passionate about their work. The amount of work required was accurately assessed by them, and the initial vision for the project translated from ideas to images successfully. I am satisfied with the final outcome of the project, as I have received numerous compliments on all the designs"
Dealer Principal of Village Honda
"I am writing to recommend the services of Juan and Brian of the Dealership Design Group. DDG provided assistance with our graphics image program during the upgrading of our New Hamburg facility and celebration of 30 years in business. I had the pleasure of working directly with Juan and Brian throughout the four month process.
I feel confident in recommending the services of DDG. Their ability to present concepts, to move from ideas and visualization to actual product delivery was impressive. They were able to understand and appreciate our history and business strengths in order to develop a style that conveyed very positive branding and images of our company. They we're very flexible and worked well with us in a very tight deadline. From design concept, to review of proofs, edits, final proofs manufacture and installation, the team was very patient and responsive. Juan and Brian's ability to respond to our requests and envision the message we wanted to express, along with their pledge to deliver creative concepts and final products in a timely process, made working with DDG a pleasure.
With their abilities and dedication, I have no hesitation in recommending the services of the DDG. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me."

Feet; shoulder width. Toes aligned with direction aimed. Knees bent. Hips back. Slow and steady - back swing. Left elbow straight, head down - stay down, Swing past the ball. Follow through throwing your hips in the direction you want the ball to go.
During a recent walk thru at a high end auto dealership we were struck by the images of vehicles on the walls. The thing that struck me as odd is how the images on the walls competed for attention with the actual vehicles on the showroom floor.
You have invested in a dealership that has a central focus. The corporate entity that invests in those brands spend a lot of money to build an equity you can rely on to bring in customers, who instantly recognize the quality that they are being courted to purchase.
